An insurer or health service organization under this chapter shall not issue identification cards that are different from those provided to others who are insured under plans with similar coverage, unless the Administration so authorizes or requires.
No participating purveyer or its agent shall make any sort of inquiry on the source of the health insurance plan coverage, to determine if a person is the beneficiary of the plan created by this chapter.
