§ 7013. Board of Directors—Applicability of the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act

The members of the Board of Directors shall be subject to the provisions of §§ 1801 et seq. of Title 3, known as “Ethics in Government Act of Puerto Rico”, especially with respect to the filing of financial reports by public officials required by said dispositions.
