The Registrar of each District Vital Statistics Registry shall have the obligation of notifying, on a monthly basis, the Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Public Works on the deaths within his/her District in order for the latter to cancel all removable placards that had been granted to the deceased persons when they were alive.
The notice shall be issued within the first fifteen (15) days of the following month.
