§ 929. Sale of tuberculin—Penalties

Every violation of §§ 922—924, 926 and 927 of this title shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200); and in default of the payment of said fine, by imprisonment for not to exceed one (1) month. Every violation of § 925 of this title shall likewise be considered a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500); and in default of the payment of said fine, by imprisonment for not to exceed three (3) months.
