§ 549. Penalties

Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall incur a misdemeanor and if convicted shall be sanctioned with a fine of not more that five thousand dollars ($5,000) or a term of imprisonment not to exceed six (6) months or with both penalties at the discretion of the court and with the suspension or revocation of the corresponding license.
