The moneys received from the sale of articles made in this shop shall be deposited in a trust fund in the Treasury of Puerto Rico and shall be at the disposal of the Secretary of Health for the purchase of materials and equipment and for the payment of the quarters in which the shop shall be established; it being understood, that after the above-mentioned expenses have been met, any money remaining shall be applied to the payment of wages of the operatives and other employees.
