§ 357. Proclamation of epidemic—Payment by Secretary of the Treasury

The Secretary of the Treasury shall issue warrants for such amounts as may be necessary pursuant to § 356 of this title and he shall pay the same out of any funds existing in the Treasury of Puerto Rico not otherwise appropriated.
