§ 341l. Judicial review

Every person affected by an order of the Secretary in accordance with the provisions of this chapter may file a petition for review before the Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico within thirty (30) days after the date of receiving the Secretary’s decision.

The court shall determine whether an error in law has been committed and shall confirm, modify, or leave without effect the order issued by the Secretary. The final judgment decreed by the Court of First Instance shall be subject to review by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico through certiorari or judgment rendered at its discretion.

The petition for review shall suspend the fulfillment of the order unless the court specifically orders the contrary and except orders issued under the provisions of § 341i of this title.
