§ 251p. Injunctions

Whenever in the judgment of the Department of Health or the Department of Labor and Human Resources, any person has engaged or intends to engage in any act or practice that might constitute a violation of the provisions of this chapter or of any rule regulation or order issued hereunder, the Secretary of Justice, at the request of the Commission, may petition the Court of First Instance for an order enjoining such acts or practices, or an order requiring compliance with this chapter, or the rules, regulations or orders issued hereunder. Upon proving that such person has engaged or intends to engage in such acts or practices, the court shall issue a temporary or permanent injunction or other directive enjoining said person from engaging in such acts, or any other order that the court may deem pertinent.
