The Authority shall submit to the Legislature and to the Governor, not later than ninety (90) days after receiving its audited financial statement for the preceding fiscal year the following:
(1) Its audited financial statement, and
(2) a full report of the transactions of the Authority during the preceding fiscal year and the status and progress of all its activities from the creation of the Authority or from the last of said reports.
