§ 2763. Contempt toward officials

Any officer who uses disrespectful or contemptuous words against the President, Vice-President, the Congress and members of the Cabinet of the United States, the Governor, the Legislature and members of the Cabinet of Puerto Rico, of any state, possession or territory in which that person may be serving, or may be present, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
