§ 2501. Who may convene a general court-martial

In the Military Forces of Puerto Rico not in federal service, general courts-martial may be convened by the Governor, by any officer with the rank of general in command, or by any commanding officer of a task force or joint command, garrison, fort, camp, air base, auxiliary air base, or other place where there are troops on duty, or of a brigade, wing or group.
