§ 2355. Confinement, imprisonment and seclusion in Commonwealth jails

Confinement, imprisonment and seclusion, other than in a guardhouse, whether before, during or after trial by a military court, shall be in jails, penitentiaries or prisons designated by the Governor or by the Adjutant General upon previous consultation with the Secretary of Justice.
