§ 2206. Active service outside Puerto Rico

The Governor of Puerto Rico, upon request of the President of the United States, can order the whole of this force, or any part thereof, to help the military forces of any state, territory or possession of the United States which may be then assigned to the defense of said state, territory or possession.
