The Superintendent of the Police shall submit an annual report no later than September 1, to the Governor and the Legislature, which shall include a detailed listing of the funds covered into and drawn upon, as well as the use given to them during the immediately preceding fiscal year. The report shall also include a listing of the assets donated, conveyed, transferred and contributed and the way they were used and disposed of.
