§ 983c. Responsibilities of Governor

COMPAS shall be chaired by the Governor of Puerto Rico, whose duties and responsibilities shall include: to preside over COMPAS meetings. Said meetings shall be held at least once every three (3) months, at the place designated by the latter.

(1) To follow-up on the implementation of outlined measures and strategies to fight crime and increase security in Puerto Rico.

(2) To establish regulations to govern the operations of COMPAS and the Municipal Security Councils.
