§ 920. Penalties

Any person who remains or attempts to remain in a shopping center or in an establishment for any period of time after written warning has been issued by the administrator or a tenant requiring the person to vacate the premises of the shopping center or the establishment, as the case may be, shall be deemed to be there illegally and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, pursuant to the provisions of § 4644 of Title 33, part of the Penal Code of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
