The administrator of a shopping center shall be entitled to adopt and enforce a “code of conduct”, as defined in subsection (g) of section 2 of this Act [sic], for the healthy interaction of users visiting the shopping center. Said code of conduct shall be recorded in writing and posted legibly in visible and conspicuous places. The code of conduct thus adopted may never be used to discriminate for reason of political or religious beliefs, race, color, sex, or any other grounds which are not applicable to all persons in general.
Once the code has been adopted, the shopping center administrator shall remit a copy thereof to the Secretary of Justice, who shall be responsible for reviewing the same and for notifying any objection thereto on the basis of the applicable law. Once ninety (90) days have elapsed, if the Secretary of Justice has notified no objection whatsoever, the code shall become effective.
