§ 341i. Penalties

Any natural or juridical person who violates the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted by virtue thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for a term no greater than six (6) months, or both penalties at the discretion of the court. Each day in which the same violation is incurred shall be deemed as a distinct and separate violation.
