§ 341d. Buildings of more than 4 stories; obligation

The owner or operator of any building, constructed before the effective date of this act and which is more than four (4) stories high, must provide the following, as established by regulations adopted by the Permit Management Office, pursuant to the provisions of § 341d-1 of this title:

(a) Emergency automatic lighting in every hallway, stairway, corridor or lobby related to its exits, and

(b) signs in visible locations informing of the location of emergency exits, and warning that elevators should not be used in emergency situations.
