P.R. Laws tit. 25, § 331b-2
(a) Retroactive to July 1, 2002, the salary structure of the members of the Puerto Rico Firefighters Corps Personnel Rank System shall be the following:
All members of the Puerto Rico Firefighters Corps Personnel Rank System in active service shall receive the basic salary of their classification, or an increase of one hundred dollars ($100) at the time of the implementation of the new structure, whichever is higher. No adjustments shall be required.
(b) Effective on July 1, 2003, the salary structure of the members of the Puerto Rico Firefighters Corps Personnel Rank System shall be the following:
All members of the Puerto Rico Firefighters Corps Personnel Rank System in active service shall receive the basic salary of their classification, or an increase of one hundred dollars ($100) at the time of the implementation of the new structure, whichever is higher. No adjustments to the scale shall be required.
(c) Effective on July 1, 2004, the salary structure of the members of the Puerto Rico Firefighters Corps Personnel Rank System shall be the following:
All members of the Puerto Rico Firefighters Corps Personnel Rank System in active service shall receive the basic salary of their classification, or an increase of one hundred dollars ($100) at the time of the implementation of the new structure, whichever is higher. No adjustments to the scale shall be required.
