§ 3039. License—Failure to pass examination

Any person who does not pass any of the examinations established in this chapter may take them anew the next time they are given by the Board. The Board may retain the documents submitted by the applicant. The Board shall retain the examinations of the applicants who have not passed them, so that they can be examined by them in order to review the examination, if they so request. (sic)
