The bylaws shall provide everything needed to enforce this chapter including the functions, duties and procedures of all the bodies and officials; calls to meetings, dates, quorum, order of business and requirements of the regular and special general assemblies and sessions of the Board of Directors; election of officers and directors, standing and special committees, dues, budgets, investment of funds and disposition of assets of the College of Veterinarians of Puerto Rico; terms of office; statement of vacancies and how to fill them.
