By this chapter, all persons holding a license to practice the profession of veterinary medicine in Puerto Rico are constituted in a legal entity denominated the “College of Veterinarians of Puerto Rico” with its legal domicile in San Juan, provided the majority of them do so agree in a referendum which shall be held as provided hereinbelow.
