§ 2718. Entrance into establishments authorized

Any member of the Examining Board, the inspectors of the College of Expert Electricians of Puerto Rico licensed by the Board, the Firefighters Corps, the Commonwealth Police, the Secretary of Labor and Human Resources and his employees or officials authorized by him, are hereby authorized to enter construction projects or industries where electrical installations are being made, to make investigations, inspections or interrogatories related to the enforcement of this chapter.
