(a) The examinations shall be offered by the Board three (3) times a year, every four (4) months.
(b) The examinations shall consist of two (2) parts, one practical and the other theoretical. Each part shall have the value of points that the Board determines pursuant to its regulations and the minimum number of points to pass each part shall be seventy percent (70%) thereof.
(c) Provided, That the candidates shall have to pass both parts of the examination to be granted a license.
(d) If a candidate fails one part of the examination and approves the other, he/she shall only have to be reexamined on the part he/she failed. The approved part shall expire at the end of two (2) years and he/she then will have to be reexamined on both parts.
