§ 2706a. Per diems and mileage

Each member of the Board, including public officials or employees, shall receive per diems at a rate of fifty dollars ($50) for each day or portion thereof on which they attend meetings or sessions of the Board, as well as the reimbursement of travel expenses in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Department of the Treasury. From January 1, 1999 on, the members of the Board shall receive per diems equal to the minimum per diems established for members of the Legislature in § 29 of Title 2, except for the Chairperson of the Board who shall receive per diems equal to one hundred and thirty-three percent (133%) of the per diems received by the other members of the Board. Each member of the Board is entitled to be paid per diems and mileage for up to a maximum of thirty-six (36) meetings per year.
