§ 2681. Membership fee—Objections

Rehabilitation counseling professionals shall have the right to object [to] the use of the membership fees by the Association to hold activities in which ideological, sectarian, labor union, religious, sexist, racist or class interests exist. For such purposes, the Association shall establish a simple and easily implemented procedure in its bylaws for whoever wishes to object, in accordance with the applicable constitutional parameters.
