§ 175. License—Inactive

Any massage therapist who, for any reason, no longer wishes to actively practice the profession, may turn in the license as inactive to the Board, if so desired, prior to the expiration date thereof.

No massage therapist whose license has been surrendered to the Board may practice the profession until the following requirements are met:

(a) Request reactivation of said license from the Board, in writing, on the form provided by the same.

(b) Present evidence of having met the continuing education requirements established in this chapter.

(c) Pay the fee for the renewal of the license established in the regulations of the Board.

(d) Comply with all the pertinent requirements applicable to the renewal of the license.
