The following terms shall have the meaning stated below:
(a) Electronic equipment repair and maintenance technique. — Means the diagnostic, repair and maintain in excellent working conditions of electronic equipment.
(b) Electronics technician. — Means the person duly authorized pursuant to this chapter to practice the electronic equipment repair and maintenance technique.
(c) Board. — Means the Electronic Technicians Examining Board hereby created.
(d) College. — Means the College of Electronics Technicians hereby created.
(e) The singular number includes the plural and the masculine gender includes the feminine.
