§ 2310. Examinations

The Board shall offer examinations for accreditation at least once a year, on predetermined dates during the same month of each year, which shall be prepared and corrected by a private company which shall be contracted with the consent of the Department of State of Puerto Rico with the previous approval of the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation, which is engaged in the preparation of this type of examination. It shall be at the discretion of the Board to determine the type of examination to be offered and the subject matter that it shall cover.

The Board shall ascertain that:

(1) The company contracted prepares an informational manual that shall determine the type of examination to be offered and the subject matter that it shall cover, and

(2) the term to correct the exams will not exceed ninety (90) days after the same has been offered.
