§ 2198. College—Failure to pay dues; suspension

Any member who does not pay his annual dues shall be suspended as such member after notice and reasonable opportunity extended to pay his dues. The member may be rehabilitated upon payment of the amount owed for such reason. After a member is suspended, the College shall have discretion to demand before the Board of Examiners, in cases where justified, on its own initiative or of any of its members the corresponding action for the suspension of the license of nutritionist or dietitian, as the case may be, of the person concerned.
