All dental technicians who are legally admitted to practice the dental technician profession, licensed by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Board of Examiners of Dental Technicians and who meet the requirements established by this chapter, as well as those provided in the regulations approved by the Association, shall be members of said Association.
