Every licensed refrigeration and air conditioning technician shall prepare a certificate of the work performed on the form provided by the Association for such a purpose, shall affix the corresponding stamp to be adopted by the Association and shall hand the same to the natural or juridical person who contracted his/her services as a guarantee of his/her capacity and knowledge to practice as a technician.
The stamps to be adopted by the Association shall be classified in the following categories:
(1) Domestic refrigeration or air conditioning systems $ 1.00 (2) Motor vehicle refrigeration or air conditioning systems $ 1.00 (3) Commercial refrigeration or air conditioning systems $ 2.00 (4) Industrial refrigeration or air conditioning systems $ 3.00
The Association shall establish through regulations, the form to be used for the certification and the definitions of what may be deemed as a domestic, commercial or industrial system.
