Any member who has not paid his/her dues or fails to meet the minimum continuing education requirements and who is in all other respects qualified as a member of the College shall be suspended as such, but may be reinstated upon the retroactive payment of his/her dues owed since he/she was issued his/her license, or since the last payment of his/her yearly dues, or by complying with the continuing education requirements that caused his suspension, in addition to taking the courses that correspond to the suspension period.
