§ 850. Violations, penalties

Any person who, without being duly admitted and licensed to practice the profession of social work in Puerto Rico as provided by this chapter, or who, during the suspension of his license practices as a person with legal capacity to do so shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) or shall be imprisoned for not less than two (2) months, or shall suffer both penalties.
