§ 793. College of Certified Public Accountants—Creation

The persons entitled to practice the profession of certified public accountant in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are hereby constituted into an artificial entity or quasi-public corporation under the name of College of Certified Public Accountants of Puerto Rico and with its domicile in the Capital City.
