§ 791. Certified public accountants—Definition

Any citizen who holds a license to engage in the practice of public accountancy in Puerto Rico, issued by the Board pursuant to the provisions of § 779 of this title, shall be entitled to call himself and to be known as a certified public accountant, and to use the short title “C.P.A.”.
