§ 753. Membership necessary to practice

After the Association’s General Constitutional Assembly is held, no one who is not a member thereof may practice as an architect in Puerto Rico, it being understood that an architect is any person licensed as such by the Board of Examiners of Engineers, Architects and Surveyors of Puerto Rico.
