§ 744. Objections to the use of contributions

College members shall be entitled to object the use given by the College to their contributions, if they believe that such contributions were used to promote activities involving ideological, political, sectarian, labor union, religious, sexist, racists, or class interests. Thus, the College shall establish in its bylaws the rules that shall govern the process to be followed by college members interested in objecting such expenditures, in accordance with the applicable constitutional parameters.
