Any person who aspires to obtain a barber’s license must meet the following requirements:
(a) To have attained the age of sixteen (16).
(b) Be of good moral conduct and sound health.
(c) Pay the fee for the issuance of the license as provided by the Department of State, by law and its regulations.
No barber apprentice shall practice his profession if not under the direct supervision of a barber duly licensed by the Examining Board.
