§ 546i. Fee and quorum

The annual membership fee of the Association shall be set by majority vote in the Constitutional Assembly provided in this chapter. This membership fee may be varied from time to time if so provided by a majority of two-thirds (2 / 3) of the members attending an assembly held for such purposes.

The minimum quorum for changing the membership fee shall be [s]et forth by the regulation, and shall not be less than one-fourth (1 / 4) of the total active members.
