The Board of Directors of the College shall consist of a president, a first vicepresident, a second vicepresident, a secretary, an assistant secretary, a treasurer, an assistant treasurer, as well as a representative of each of the senatorial districts in Puerto Rico. These officials shall hold office for a term of two (2) years. The immediately preceding president of the College shall be an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors until replaced by the next outgoing president, but he/she shall only have the right to a voice, but not to vote. The president and both vicepresidents shall be elected by the members by mail, following the procedure provided by the College through regulations. The remaining members of the Board of Directors shall be elected at a General Assembly.
