§ 496. Officers and Board of Governors

The officers of the College, who in turn shall be the officers of the Board of Governors, shall consist of the President, President-elect (Vice President), Secretary, Treasurer, immediate past President and twelve (12) Delegates as representatives of the industrial, government, university and private sectors.

All members of the College shall have the option of exercising their right to vote to elect the officers of the Board of Governors at their convenience, in person or by mail, following the procedure provided by the College in its bylaws. The College may also provide its members, through its bylaws, the additional option of casting their vote through some other means determined to ensure the privacy, reliability, secrecy and validity of said voting process. The scrutiny of the votes cast by mail or by other means shall be conducted during the General Assembly called for those purposes.
