Every person authorized to practice the profession of chemist in Puerto Rico must avail himself of a seal that reads as follows: “Commonwealth of Puerto Rico”, “Licensed Chemist”. The seal will also include the name and license number of the holder and will be stamped on every certificate issued by the chemist.
