Pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, every professional planner shall acquire a public seal, which shall have his/her license number, and shall be stamped on each working document prepared or revised by said planner.
Through his/her signature and subject to the provisions of this chapter, the professional planner is responsible for his/her work and ensures that the planning process that was used in the creation of said document is compatible with the generally accepted principles in the profession.
