The Board may deny a license, upon prior notice and hearing to such effects, to any person who:
(a) Tries to obtain a license by fraud and deception.
(b) Does not meet the requirements established by this chapter to obtain the license.
(c) Has illegally practiced the profession of professional planner in Puerto Rico.
(d) Has plagiarized any document on which he/she has affixed his/her seal.
(e) Has been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.
(f) Has been declared mentally disabled by a competent court, or his/her disability has been established before the Board by medical expertise.
(g) Has a violated the Canons of Ethics.
