§ 3403. Board of Examiners—Members; requirements

The persons appointed to the Board shall be over 21 years of age, citizens of the United States of America, and must have resided in Puerto Rico for a period of not less than three (3) years prior to their appointment, have the necessary academic preparation and have been admitted to the practice of their profession and be of good repute.
