§ 3323. Actors Association of Puerto Rico—Penalties

Any person, producer, company, organization, institution, establishment or public or private place that has contracted unaccredited or nonmember actors to perform in a show or performance as provided in this chapter, and any person engaged as a professional actor without being a duly certified member of the Association or who has violated any of the provisions of this chapter, shall incur a misdemeanor and if convicted, be fined with an amount of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor or more than five hundred dollars ($500). The person convicted for performing as an actor illegally shall be prevented from applying for accreditation and from becoming a member of the Association for a term of twelve (12) months.
