The persons duly certified by the Accrediting Board to perform as professional actors are hereby constituted as a juridical entity or [non profit] quasi public corporation under the name of Puerto Rico Actors Association, with headquarters in the Municipality of San Juan, provided a majority of them so agrees in a referendum to be held as provided below.
